Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order on vital-garden.com. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
1. About Us
Vital Garden EOOD is a company registered in Bulgaria, operating the online store at vital-garden.com (the “Store”).

We are not VAT registered at this time. Our invoices and receipts will reflect this status.
2. Products
We sell indoor microgreens growing kits and related consumables (grow mats, and in the future, seeds). Product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided as accurately as possible. Minor variations in colour or appearance may occur due to photography or screen calibration.
All products are new and sourced from certified suppliers. CE certification is available upon request.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products or their pricing at any time without prior notice.
3. Placing an Order
You can place an order through our website by selecting your products and completing the checkout process. By submitting an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected goods at the stated price.
We will confirm your order by email or phone within 1–2 business days. A contract is formed between you and Vital Garden EOOD when we confirm your order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, for example if a product is out of stock, if we suspect fraudulent activity, or if we cannot verify delivery details.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in Euro (€) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. We are currently not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged or displayed separately.
We operate primarily on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis for Bulgarian orders. Payment is made directly to the courier upon receipt of your order. No advance payment is required for COD orders.
For international orders, payment arrangements will be confirmed at the time of ordering. We may request bank transfer or other payment methods for EU deliveries outside Bulgaria.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price confirmed at the time of your order.
5. Delivery
Delivery terms, shipping costs, and timelines are set out in our Delivery Information page, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs, or circumstances outside our control.
Risk of loss and damage passes to you upon delivery of the goods to the courier or, for COD orders, upon receipt by you.
6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer based in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. Your rights and the process for exercising them are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
Certain consumable items (grow mats, seeds) cannot be returned once their sealed packaging has been opened, as permitted under Article 16(e) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
7. Warranty and Legal Guarantee
All products sold by Vital Garden EOOD are covered by the statutory 2-year legal guarantee under Bulgarian consumer protection law (Закон за защита на потребителите, ZZP) and EU Directive 2019/771.
If a product is found to be defective within 2 years of delivery, you may request repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a full refund, depending on the circumstances. Please contact us at info@vital-garden.com with proof of purchase and a description of the defect.
This guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
8. Product Use and Safety
Our growing kits are designed for indoor use only. Please follow the included instructions carefully. The device operates on 12V DC (16W). Do not use in wet environments beyond normal operation of the water tray. Keep out of reach of small children.
Seeds and grow mats are intended for growing edible microgreens. Ensure seeds are purchased from reputable, food-safe sources. We do not accept liability for the suitability or safety of seeds not supplied by us.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on vital-garden.com, including text, images, logos, and product designs, is owned by or licensed to Vital Garden EOOD. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vital Garden EOOD’s total liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
We are not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Loss of profit or business opportunity
- Delays or failures caused by third-party couriers
- Plant growth outcomes, as these depend on environmental conditions, seed quality, and user technique beyond our control
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Privacy
We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By placing an order, you acknowledge that your data will be processed for the purpose of fulfilling your order and communicating with you about it.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Bulgarian courts.
For EU consumers, nothing in this clause affects your right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence in accordance with EU Regulation 1215/2012.

13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our store following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Orders placed before any changes take effect will be governed by the terms in force at the time of ordering.
