We deliver all orders through Speedy and Econt — Bulgaria’s leading courier networks. Both offer reliable tracking, wide coverage, and the option to collect from a convenient office near you.
Bulgaria — Domestic Shipping
Free Shipping on Kits and Accessories
We offer free shipping across Bulgaria on all orders containing a Growing Kit or Accessories (grow mats) with a total order value of €50 or more. This threshold applies to the product subtotal before any discounts.
Free shipping is delivered via Speedy or Econt to your door or to a courier office of your choice.
Standard Shipping (Orders Under €50)
For orders below the free shipping threshold, a flat shipping fee applies based on the number of items ordered:

Delivery Time — Bulgaria
Standard delivery within Bulgaria takes 1–3 business days after dispatch. We dispatch orders within 1–2 business days of receiving your order.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
All domestic orders are fulfilled with Cash on Delivery (наложен платеж). You pay the courier directly upon receiving your package. No card or online payment is required.
Courier Office Pickup
You can choose to collect your order from any Speedy or Econt office near you. Specify your preferred office at checkout. This is often faster than home delivery.
Europe — International Shipping
We currently ship to select European countries. International shipping costs are calculated based on the number of items ordered using the following formula:
Shipping cost = €20 + (€10 × (quantity − 1))

Delivery Time — Europe
International delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your country and the courier service used. You will receive tracking information by email or SMS once your order is dispatched.
International Payment
International orders may require card payment or bank transfer depending on your country. Payment details will be confirmed at the time of ordering. Contact us at info@vital-garden.com for assistance.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track your delivery in real time through the Speedy or Econt website:

What Happens If I’m Not Home?
If the courier cannot reach you, they will leave a notification and attempt redelivery or hold the package at the nearest office for collection. You will be notified by SMS or email.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery or document the damage with photos at the time of receipt, and contact us at info@vital-garden.com within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
