How do I set up the kit?

Do I need soil?
No. The kit uses a clean, soil-free growing method with reusable mats.
How often do I need to add water?
Typically every 2–3 days, depending on the crop and room conditions.
How does the light work?
The built-in LED runs on a 12-hour automatic cycle, so you don’t need to manage it daily.
When are the microgreens ready to harvest?
Most varieties are ready in 7–14 days.
How do I harvest them?
Simply cut the greens just above the mat using scissors and rinse before use.
How do I clean the kit?
Remove the used mat, rinse the tray with water, and clean it with mild soap if needed. Let it dry before starting a new batch.
Are the grow mats reusable?
Yes. After each harvest, remove any remaining roots, rinse the mat with water, and clean it if needed before reusing.

Do I need nutrients or fertilizers?

What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery is available within Bulgaria. Card payments are available for EU orders.
Can I return the product?
Yes. You can return your order within 14 days, as per EU consumer regulations.
What if my product arrives damaged?
Contact us with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, the kit includes a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects, such as LED or timer issues. Damage caused by misuse is not covered.
